Official Contest Rules

1. Contest Organizer

The 20th Anniversary Travel Giveaway (the “Contest”) is organized by Les Bros Construction Inc. (the “Organizer”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST).

The prize draw will take place on or about January 15, 2027.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Les Bros Construction Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

A) Automatic Entry – Renovation Clients

Clients who sign a renovation contract with Les Bros Construction Inc. between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 will automatically receive entries based on the value of the renovation project (before taxes):

• $25,000 – $50,000 → 1 entry
• $50,000 – $250,000 → 2 entries
• $250,000 – $500,000 → 3 entries
• $500,000 and above → 4 entries

Each eligible renovation contract will generate entries according to the value of the signed project.

B) No Purchase Necessary Entry

No purchase is required to enter the Contest.

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a handwritten letter including their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, along with a minimum 100-word description of their dream renovation project, mailed to:

Entries must be received by December 31, 2026.

Each eligible mail-in entry will receive one (1) contest entry.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize available:

A travel package for two people valued at approximately $5,000 CAD.

The travel prize must be used between January 1, 2027 and April 30, 2027, subject to availability and travel conditions.

The prize:

• has no cash surrender value
• is non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged, may not be substituted with a prize of equal value at the Organizer’s discretion.

Additional travel expenses, taxes, insurance, or personal costs not specified as part of the prize may be the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on or about January 15, 2027.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, another entrant may be selected.

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and another entrant may be selected.

8. Contract Completion Requirement

Entries obtained through renovation projects are valid only if the renovation contract with Les Bros Construction Inc. is fully executed and not cancelled.

If a renovation contract is cancelled, terminated, or withdrawn prior to the start of the renovation work, all entries associated with that project will be void.

The Organizer reserves the right to determine the eligibility of entries if a contract is modified or terminated during the course of the project.

9. Payment Status Requirement

Entries obtained through renovation projects remain valid only if the renovation contract remains in good standing and payments are up to date according to the agreed contractual terms.

If a client is in default of payment obligations, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate associated contest entries.

10. Project Eligibility

Only renovation contracts signed directly with Les Bros Construction Inc. during the Contest Period are eligible for automatic entries.

Projects signed outside of the Contest Period are not eligible.

11. Prize Acceptance

The selected winner must sign a Prize Acceptance Form and Liability Release prior to receiving the prize.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Les Bros Construction Inc. may use their name, city of residence, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. General Conditions

Les Bros Construction Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control occur.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected for the purposes of this Contest will be used solely for administration of the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

15. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in this Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
