Official Contest Rules<\/b><\/p>

1. Contest Organizer<\/b><\/p>

The 20th Anniversary Travel Giveaway (the \u201cContest\u201d) is organized by Les Bros Construction Inc. (the \u201cOrganizer\u201d). <\/p>

2. Contest Period<\/b><\/p>

The Contest begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST).<\/b><\/p>

The prize draw will take place on or about January 15, 2027.<\/p>

3. Eligibility<\/b><\/p>

The Contest is open to legal residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.<\/b><\/p>

Employees of Les Bros Construction Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.<\/p>

4. How to Enter<\/b><\/p>

A) Automatic Entry \u2013 Renovation Clients<\/b><\/p>

Clients who sign a renovation contract with Les Bros Construction Inc. between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 will automatically receive entries based on the value of the renovation project (before taxes): <\/p>

\u2022 $25,000 \u2013 $50,000 \u2192 1 entry
\u2022 $50,000 \u2013 $250,000 \u2192 2 entries
\u2022 $250,000 \u2013 $500,000 \u2192 3 entries
\u2022 $500,000 and above \u2192 4 entries<\/p>

Each eligible renovation contract will generate entries according to the value of the signed project.<\/p>

B) No Purchase Necessary Entry<\/b><\/p>

No purchase is required to enter the Contest.<\/p>

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a handwritten letter including their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, along with a minimum 100-word description of their dream renovation project, mailed to:<\/p>

Les Bros Construction Inc.
730 Rue Principale, Saint-Zotique, QC J0P 1Z0<\/p>

Entries must be received by December 31, 2026.<\/p>

Each eligible mail-in entry will receive one (1) contest entry.<\/p>

5. Prize<\/b><\/p>

There is one (1) prize available:<\/b><\/p>

A travel package for two people valued at approximately $5,000 CAD.<\/b><\/p>

The travel prize must be used between January 1, 2027 and April 30, 2027, subject to availability and travel conditions.<\/p>

The prize:<\/p>

  • has no cash surrender value<\/li>
  • is non-transferable<\/li>
  • cannot be exchanged, may not be substituted with a prize of equal value at the Organizer\u2019s discretion.<\/li><\/ul>

    Additional travel expenses, taxes, insurance, or personal costs not specified as part of the prize may be the responsibility of the winner.<\/p>

    6. Winner Selection<\/b><\/p>

    One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.<\/p>

    The draw will take place on or about January 15, 2027.<\/p>

    The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided.<\/p>

    If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, another entrant may be selected.<\/p>

    7. Skill-Testing Question<\/b><\/p>

    Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.<\/b><\/p>

    Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and another entrant may be selected.<\/p>

    8. Contract Completion Requirement<\/b><\/p>

    Entries obtained through renovation projects are valid only if the renovation contract with Les Bros Construction Inc. is fully executed and not cancelled. <\/p>

    If a renovation contract is cancelled, terminated, or withdrawn prior to the start of the renovation work, all entries associated with that project will be void.<\/p>

    The Organizer reserves the right to determine the eligibility of entries if a contract is modified or terminated during the course of the project.<\/p>

    9. Payment Status Requirement<\/b><\/p>

    Entries obtained through renovation projects remain valid only if the renovation contract remains in good standing and payments are up to date according to the agreed contractual terms.<\/p>

    If a client is in default of payment obligations, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate associated contest entries.<\/p>

    10. Project Eligibility<\/b><\/p>

    Only renovation contracts signed directly with Les Bros Construction Inc. during the Contest Period are eligible for automatic entries. <\/b><\/p>

    Projects signed outside of the Contest Period are not eligible.<\/p>

    11. Prize Acceptance<\/b><\/p>

    The selected winner must sign a Prize Acceptance Form and Liability Release prior to receiving the prize.<\/b><\/p>

    12. Publicity<\/b><\/p>

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Les Bros Construction Inc. may use their name, city of residence, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation. <\/b><\/p>

    13. General Conditions<\/b><\/p>

    Les Bros Construction Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control occur. <\/p>

    14. Privacy<\/b><\/p>

    Personal information collected for the purposes of this Contest will be used solely for administration of the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.<\/p>

    15. Acceptance of Rules<\/b><\/p>
